Berliner-Style Weisse Ale

Created by intentionally souring the Berliner-Style Weisse Ale with Lactobacillus in our kettle and then fermenting it with our house ale yeast. Infused with fresh berries for a colorful, puckering finish. 

Wild Bramble proves fruit and sour can get along—no awkward family dinners required. With juicy blackberry and raspberry flavors tangled in a refreshing wheat ale, it’s like your favorite pie met a Sour Patch Kid at a backyard BBQ. Tart, jammy, and perfectly sweet-sour, it’ll have your taste buds dancing more cha-cha than your cousin at a wedding after two drinks.
